For minor participants, registration for the competition must be carried out by a parent or legal guardian, who becomes the official participant and the main contact for all communications and management of rights relating to personal data.
3. Purposes of processing
The personal data collected is used to:
• Manage registrations and participation in the “Festival Miniature” competition.
• Communicate with participants (information about the competition, announcements of results, etc.).
• Use photos of the creations to promote the competition on our website, social networks or other communication media.
• Sharing information with the competition jury for the selection of winners
